Robert Henry "Bob" Wenholz was born Sept. 22, 1921, and died on Friday, Dec. 6, 2002. Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star 8 December 2002 ROBERT HENRY "BOB" WENHOLZ Funeral service for Robert Henry "Bob" Wenholz, 81, of Blanchard, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, December 9, 2002, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Robert Henry "Bob" Wenholz was born September 22, 1921, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Carl Henry and Gertrude (Wits) Wenholz, and died December 6, 2002, in Chickasha. Mr. Wenholz worked for 30 years as a printer. He worked for C. E. Marshall in Chicago, Illinois, and later worked for Ace Kautmann as a printer in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Wenholz moved to Dibble, Oklahoma, in 1977 and worked at Chickasha High School as a custodian for 17 1/2 years. He and Sylvia Vance were married July 27, 1974. Mr. Wenholz served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Church of God in Norman. Mr. Wenholz was preceded in death by 2 sons, Don and Allen Wenholz. Survivors include: wife, Sylvia Wenholz of the home; 1 daughter, Gwen George of Dibble, Oklahoma; 3 grandsons: Lonnie Wenholz, Lance Wenholz, and Dennis Wenholz, all of Denver, Colorado; 5 grandchildren of Dibble, Oklahoma: Kimberly and Robert Cole, Kenny Henderson, Karla Henderson, John Watkins, III, Josh Watkins; many great grandchildren. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. --------------------------------------------------------------------
