::Verden Cemetery--Verden OK

The Verden News
March 22, 1912

Mrs. Almeda Williams, wife of Isaac Williams, aged 43 years, died at her 
home five miles northeast of Verden, Sunday morning, March 17, at 11 
o'clock, after a lingering illness of months.

Deceased leaves a husband and seven children to mourn her loss: Oscar, 
Charles, Lydia, Nettie, John, Ida and Elmer. The sympathy of the entire 
community is with them and their sad bereavement.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 4 p. m. at the Baptist 
church in Verden, the Rev. P. F. Harman officiating. The remains were 
laid to rest in the Verden cemetery.
