All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Rush Springs Cemetery--Rush Springs OK Chickasha Daily Express, Tuesday, January 3, 1989 Jerry Don Wheeler Funeral for Jerry Don Wheeler, 30, Route 1, Box 338, Thackerville, was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 3, 1989, in the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Chapel in Rush Springs. Rev. David Martin of Thackerville officiated. He was born April 11, 1958, in Chickasha and died Friday, Dec. 30, 1988, in an Oklahoma City hospital. He had lived in Tackerville for four years. He previously lived in Chickasha for 12 years, in Rush Springs for four years and in Duncan for three years. Mr. Wheeler was a service station operator for Kerr McGee. He was a member of the Fifth Street Assembly of God of Duncan. Survivors include one daughter, Christina Dawn Wheeler of Anthony, Kan.; his father, Gerald Wheeler of Duncan; his mother and stepfather, Billye and Rusty Vert of Thackerville; one sister, Debra Stevens of Era, Texas; a half sister, Tami Wheeler of Duncan; his grandmother Ruby Chambers of Chickasha; and his great grandmother, Maggie Cochran of Chickasha.
