All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Hope Cemetery--Hope OK Duncan Banner 7 Apr 2003 Iva Dee Womack Iva Dee Womack, 87, of Marlow died Sunday, April 6, 2003, in Gregston Nursing Home. Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Metheny officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. The family will meet at the home of Jerol Graham. Iva Dee was born Jan. 20, 1916, in Rush Springs, to Art and Molly Woodard Sager. She married Jame Clyde Womack on Feb. 6, 1932, in the Hope Community. He preceded her in death in August 1986. Mrs. Womack was a lifetime resident of the Duncan area and was retired from Duncan Regional Hospital. She was a member of Gospel Beams Church. Survivors include a son, Jame ÒButchÓ Womack of Duncan; six daughters, May Tilley of Duncan, Gene Graham of Wichita Falls, Texas, Iva ÒCookieÓ Pearson of Oklahoma City, Barbara Parker of Moore, Jerol Graham of Duncan, and Pam Peterson of Boyd, Texas; two sisters, Jean Harris and Wilma Leonhardt, both of Duncan; 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Wayne; two daughters, Beulah Taylor and Caroline Womack; two brothers, Ray and Arthur Sager; and a sister, Hazel Cole.
