Minnie Alois Wyant was born Feb. 27, 1913, and died on Tuesday, April 23, 2002. Services are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. =============== The Chickasha Express-Star 24 April 2002 MINNIE ALOIS WYANT Funeral service for Minnie Alois Wyant, 89, of Middleberg, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 26, 2002, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Minnie Alois Wyant was born February 27, 1913, in Grady County, Oklahoma, the daughter of Isaac and Armenta Lee (Eggleston) Wood and died Tuesday, April 23, 2002, in Oklahoma City. Mrs. Wyant lived in Grady County most of her life. She was a charter member of the Middleberg Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Bailey Wyant, on March 24, 1998, and 1 son: Jerry Cecil Wyant. Survivors include: 2 daughters and their husbands: Armenta and Joe Wright, of Edmond, Oklahoma, Lois and Henry Riggan, of Piedmont, Oklahoma; 2 sons and their wives: Bailey and Ila Mae Wyant, of McAlester, Oklahoma, Billy Ray and Shirley Wyant, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 1 sister: Lanora Beaver, of Chickasha; 9 grandchildren; 3 sisters-in-law: Velmer Wood, of Alex, Oklahoma, Inez Wood, of Sandpoint, Idaho, Edna Wyant, of Edinburg, Texas; many nieces, nephews and friends. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
