Carl Edward Young

BORGER - Carl Edward Young, 81, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Wesley United Methodist Church with
the Rev. David Floyd-Harp, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the
Garden of Love in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton / Chatwell Funeral
Directors of Borger.

Mr. Young was born in Wynnewood, Okla., and had lived in Borger since
1952. He owned Carl Young Realty. He was a member of Wesley United
Methodist Church and the Borger Board of Realtors.

He married Mildred Mitchell in 1937 at Chickasha, Okla. She died in 1997.

Survivors include two daughters, Karla Bybee of Borger and Deanya Britten
of Edmond, Okla.; a sister, Mary E. Kosmata of Duncan, Okla.; four
grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will be at 218 W. Ocla in Borger. They request memorials be to
the Wesley United Methodist Church in Borger.
