The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ====================================================================== Bakersfield Californian Monday, September 7, 1964       York, Lucille - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of the Roses at Mish Funeral Home in Oildale, for Lucille York, 58, of 1800 Rench Road, who died September 4 in a Bakersfield hospital. The Reverend Robert Shirley, pastor of the Pentecostal Assembly Church will officiate and interment will be in the family plot at the Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. York was born Oct. 12, 1905 in Chickasha, Okla., and has lived in this community since 1941. She has been a homemaker for the past 38 years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Assembly Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy M. Coker of Oildale and a son, Earl Johnston of Bakersfield. Pallbearers will be Willie Ott and J. M. Monroe.
