All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Rose Hill Cemetery--Chickahsa OK © The Chickasha Express-Star Thursday, 13 April 2006 Ronald James Ziegenfuss The family of Ronald James Ziegenfuss, 69, of Chickasha, will hold a graveside memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2006, in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Ronald James Ziegenfuss was born March 13, 1937, in Pacoima, California, the son of J. E. and Leta Onetta [Bryant] Ziegenfuss. He died Wednesday April 12, 2006, in Chickasha. Ron grew up in Chickasha. He attended Chickasha Public Schools, graduating from Chickasha High School in 1955. After graduation he joined the United States Air Force, serving his country proudly. He was employed as manager of the Southland Bowl for three years, and later went to work as a salesman for Chickasha Mobile Homes, and the local Dodge and Ford dealerships. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, golfing and bowling. If you couldn't find him on the golf course you could usually find him at the bowling alley. He was a member of the Rooster's Athletic Club and the Eagles Club. He was preceded in death by his father, J. E. Ziegenfuss. He is survived by his mother, Leta Ziegenfuss Underwood; wife, Coleta Ziegenfuss; six children: Susie, Vickey, Rhonda, Vincent, Teresa, and Tera; four stepchildren: Beth Riley, Sandy Meeks, Bobbi Smith, and Tricia Smith; two brothers; Roger and Roy Ziegenfuss; several grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
