All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== The Chickasha Express-Star 23 January 2005 KENNETH & MYRA [KINDRED] CAMPBELL CAMPBELLS CELEBRATE 40TH ANNIVERSARY Kenneth and Myra Campbell of Chickasha, celebrated 40 years of marriage January 17. Kenneth, of Lawton, Okla., had just been honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. While Visiting his older sister in Altadena, California, met the love of his life, Myra Lou Kindred at church in November 1963. Kenneth told his sister the very moment he saw Myra that, one day, he would marry that girl. At the time, Myra was a student nurse at Pasadena City College. After courting for 14 months, the two were married in Pasadena on Jan. 17, 1965. In March of 1966, the couple then moved back to Oklahoma where they resided in Lawton, Frederick, Waurika and finally came to Chickasha in April 1972. They currently reside just northeast of Chickasha. Their 40 years of love have produced two lovely daughters, Cindy Turner (married to Dennis) of Amber, Okla., and Kathy Miller of Chickasha. They have three grandchildren; Tosha Turner of Stillwater, Okla., Matt Turner of Amber and Jimmy Don Miller, Jr. of Chickasha. Kenneth currently works for Charles Allen Ford Lincoln Mercury of Chickasha and Myra works for First Med, Urgent Care in Oklahoma City as a Physician’s Assistant.
