Mike & Kathy were married on November 14, 1976, Dibble, McClain 
County, Oklahoma, by Reverend Dale Williams.

They were both graduates of Dibble High School.

They are the parents of 3 children:

Jay, Kevin & Leslie Spivey

They celebrated their 30th anniversary @ the Green Valley Ranch, Las 
Vegas, NV

They own & operate Mike Spivey Insulation and live in Chickasha.
