Jewel P. Dovel

STRATFORD - Jewel P. Dovel, 96, died Wednesday, May 7, 2003.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Christian Church with the 
Rev. John Wagoner, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Dumas, 
officiating. Burial will be in Stratford Cemetery by Morrison Funeral 
Directors.

Miss Dovel was born June 6, 1906, in Grant County, Okla. She was a 
Stratford resident since 1921.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
