Ruby May Wilson

AMHERST - Ruby May Wilson, 88, formerly of Bovina, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 
1999.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Hammons Funeral Chapel in Amherst 
with the Rev. Willis Blair, retired Baptist minister of Sudan, 
officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Bovina 
Cemetery in Bovina.

Mrs. Wilson was born in Nash, Okla. After her marriage, she moved to 
Bovina where she and her husband farmed. She was a homemaker, charter 
member of First United Methodist Church in Bovina and member of the Dorcas 
Circle of the church.

She married Frank Wilson in 1928 at Nash. He died in 1966.

Survivors include two daughters, Delores Carter of Amherst and Carolyn 
Foster of DeKalb; a sister, Doris Wilson of Bovina; seven grandchildren; 
and 10 great-grandchildren.
