Warranty Deed

This Indenture, Made this 25 day of March A.D. 1904 between E. G.
Walcott and Lucy Walcott, Husband and wife of Greer County in the 
Territory of Oklahoma of the first part, and J. W. Dickey of 
Olustee Greer County OT of the second part

Witnesseth, That said parties of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of thirty and no dollars, the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledge, do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and 
convey unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
all the following described Real Estate, situated in Greer County,
and Territory of Oklahoma to-wit:  Lot number thirteen (13) in 
Block number twenty six 

 

Territory of Oklahoma, County of Greer SS

Before me, J. E. Driggers, a Notary Public within and for said 
County and Territory on this 28 day of March 1904, personally 
appeared E. G. Walcott and Lucy Walcott to me known to be the 
identical persons who executed the within and foregoing 
instrument, and acknowledged to me that they executed the same 
as their free and voluntary act and deed for the uses and 
purposes therein set forth.
