COUNTY OF WISE
                             Know all men by these presence that I , J. F. Harris of the 
County of Greer Territory of Oklahoma in consideration of One and no/100 dollars to me 
in hand paid by I.J. Rutherford (Issac Jasper) of tCounty of Wise and state of Texas have 
bargained ----said claim and release unto the said I J Rutherford all my rights, title, 
and interest estate in and to the following described tract  or parcel of land situated 
in Wise County Texas -------a part of the R. Pamoler and J Holden survey Beginning 515 dg 
West the S.E. corner of said Pamoler survey =Thence West 338 dg to corner the same being 
the S. E. Corner of J Holden survey Thence South 260 dg to corner thence  West  631 dg 
to corner Thence North 1249dg to corner thence East 344 dg to corner thence North 146 dg 
to corner Thence east 107 dg to corner Thence South 5661/2 dg to corner Thence North 65 
degree 543 dg to corner Thence South 604 dg to the place of beginning.
Togather with all and singular the------ and of ----therein belonging or in any wise  
appearing to have and to hold the above described premises unto the said I J Rutherford 
his heirs and assigns forever.

Greer County O.T. on this day personaly appeared I.F. Harris known to me to be the person 
whose name is subscribed to the forgoing instrument and acknowleded to me that he executed 
the same for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
