Karl W. Cooper Jr.

Karl W. Cooper Jr., 74, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006.

Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Schooler
Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.

Mr. Cooper was born in Mangum, Okla. He married Beverly Needham on Nov. 9,
1958, in Amarillo. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was
retired from National Carriers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Karl and Lee Cooper.

Survivors include his wife Beverly Cooper; a daughter, Lanie Caldwell and
husband Chris of Amarillo; four sons, Barry Cooper and Chris Cooper and wife
Rhonda, all of Amarillo, Shawn Cooper and wife Kim of Elgin, Okla., and Brian
Cooper of Tulia; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be to Olivia's Angels, in
care of BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79105.
