Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Gerald Clark, assistant pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors. Mr. Hall was born in Altus, Okla., and had lived in Dumas since 1946. He served in the Army during World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart. In 1985, he retired from Diamond Shamrock. He was a member, assistant head usher and bus worker at Bible Baptist Church. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Mr. Hall was married to Lois Carothers in 1943 at Mangum, Okla. Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jim Hall of Altus and Gerry Hall of Austin; two sisters, Boss Perry of Friendship, Okla., and Nancy McKee of Blair, Okla.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family suggest memorials be to a favorite charity. The family will be at 1507 Bailey. Amarillo Daily News, Jan. 31, 2001
