Willie Sam "Bill" Knox

GUYMON, OKLA. - Willie Sam "Bill" Knox, 87, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2005.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Panhandle Centenary United Methodist
Church with the Rev. Greg Keith, pastor, officiating. Graveside services will
be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Jester Cemetery in Greer County by Henson-Novak Funeral
Directors of Guymon.

The son of Della Tatum and Robert Knox, he was born Sept. 4, 1918, in Capulin,
N.M. He married Margaret Godwin on May 16, 1944, in Lawton.

Survivors include a daughter, Vicki Shelburne of Goodwell; a son, Jim Knox of
Ochelata; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Panhandle Centenary United Methodist
Church, in care of Henson-Novak Funeral Directors, P.O. Box 1306, Guymon, OK
73942.
