Snow Audie M. Snow, 72, of Amarillo and formerly of Altus, Okla., died Sunday, July 23, 2000. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Kincannon-Lee Funeral Home Chapel at Altus. Burial will be in Willow Cemetery at Willow, Okla. Local arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St., of Amarillo. Mrs. Snow was born in Reed, Okla. She graduated from Brinkman High School in Brinkman, Okla. She was a member of Thomas Street Church of Christ at Altus and was an active member of Bible studies. She volunteered for the American Legion Auxiliary and Meals on Wheels. She married Ernest Carson in 1947 at Mangum, Okla. He died in 1989. Survivors include a daughter, Carol Snow Whittenburg of Amarillo; two sons, Kim Carson Snow of Keller and Eddie Alan Snow of Amarillo; two sisters, Sylvia Pittman of Fort Worth and Oneta Errington of Amarillo; four brothers, Clay Leamon of Borger, Jimmy Leamon of Wichita Falls, Allen Leamon of Hurst and Charlie Leamon of Davis, Calif.; seven grand- children; and one great-grandchild. The family suggests memorials be to Christian Relief Fund or the High Plains Children's Home. Amarillo Daily News, July 25, 2000
