Grace Maude Stowe
MANGUM, Okla. - Grace Maude Bosworth Stowe, 90, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2001.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Jester Cemetery with Junior 
Nippert officiating. Arrangements are by Stewart Funeral Service.

Mrs. Stowe was born in Hall County, Texas. She had been a cafeteria manager 
at Eastview School and a nurse in Mangum and Hollis hospitals. She also 
worked with the Home Health Care in Mangum and was a homemaker.

She married Carlos C. Stowe in 1924 at Clarendon, Texas. He died in 1982.

Survivors include two daughters, Lorene Denney of Amarillo and Joan Buchanan 
of McAlester, Okla.; a son, Jerry Stowe of Oklahoma City; a sister, Billy of 
Farmington; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great
grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Westview Boys Home of Hollis, Okla.; 
or, Western Plains Hospice, 711 N. Fourth St., Sayre, OK 73662.
