  Clarence Calvin Wilhite
   BEAVER, Okla. - Clarence Calvin Wilhite, 92, died Friday, Jan. 14,
   2000.
   
   Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Beaver United Methodist
   Church with John Breon officiating. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery
   by Clark Funeral Service.
   
   Mr. Wilhite was born in Greer County and served with the Army in
   Central Europe. He was a barber and a member of the Methodist Church.
   He was the Adoptive Grandfather of the local Girl Scouts.
   
   He married Margaret Baker in 1930 at Granite. She died in 1990.
   
   Survivors include a son, Colbert R. Wilhite of Houston; a grandchild;
   and three great-grandchildren.
