Jasper C. Barry, 74, died at the Mangum City Hospital Monday, July 13, 
following an illness of five years.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 16, at the Greer Funeral Chapel. 
Norman Easter, minister of the Mangum Church of Christ, officiated. 
Interment was in Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Barry was born on September 8, 1906, at Asher, Indian Territory, 
the son of John W. and Zora Barry. He was married to Ola Crabtree on 
November 23, 1930, at Mangum. They farmed in the Ladessa Community until 
1967 when they moved to Mangum.
