A memorial service for Carl Wilson "Bud" Chancler will be held at 3 p.m. today, 
Tues., June 28, at Memory Gardens in Medford.

Long time Wimer resident, Mr. Chancler, died Thursday (June 23, 2005) in his home 
in Central Point.

Bud was born in Mangum, Oklahoma on Oct. 27, 1916. He was married to Jimmie M. West 
in August 1939. They moved to Oregon in 1959. She preceded him in death in 1997. 
His son, Doug Chancler died in 1977.

Bud is survived by two sons, Curt and Guy Chancler of Central Point; five grand-
children; nine great-grandchildren; and siblings, Jim and Samuel Chancler, 
Katherine Chancler Renfroe, Faye Chancler Carter, and Helen Chancler Slaght all of 
Amarillo, Texas.

Arrangements: Memory Gardens Mortuary, Medford.
