SLIDING SAND KILLS LITTLE MANGUM BOY

Father Unable to Dig Son From Bank

MANGUM, Nov.5-(Special)- As the little son of Robert Draper,
farmer living in the northwest part of Greer county, stood
watching his father loading sand in a pit, a sudden slide
of the sand bank caught him, covering him completely.

Before the father could dig the boy out, he was dead. The
boy was 4 years old.
