Fuller a resident of Sonoma and Lake counties since 1937, died Tuesday at a Santa Rosa convalescent hospital. She was 78. She suffered from diabetes for 15 years, along with other health complications. She was born in Mangum, Okla. She spent 45 years in Santa Rosa before living 10 years in Lower Lake. She later returned to Santa Rosa. "She enjoyed gardening, cooking and seeing people," said her daughter, Joyce Waterman of Santa Rosa. She also liked quilting and serving the Church of Christ of Santa Rosa. "She was a tremendous giver of self," Waterman said. Fuller also taught Sunday School in Lower Lake, Sebastopol and at the Westside Congregation of the Church of Christ in Santa Rosa. Besides her daughter, she is survived by her husband, Naaman Fuller of Santa Rosa; daughter, Delores Owens of Santa Rosa; sisters, Frances Spoon, Adrienne Fici, Faye Ball and Pearl Jackson, all of Santa Rosa; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Eggen & Lance Mortuary in Santa Rosa. Burial will be at Santa Rosa Memorial Park.
