All rights reserved http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ***************************************************** ETHEL LEAS SELLS SADLER Ethel Lea Sadler 69, of Altus, died Saturday, Sept 24, 2005 at home. Sadler was born on Feb 7, 1936 to Joe Tullie Sells and Mary Beatrice (Teague) Sells. She was a longtime resident of Altus and former resident of Granite and Mangum. She marrried Lloyd B. Sadler on Oct 2, 1955 at the Lake Creek Church of Christ. He preceded her in death on Jan 24, 2003. She was a former nurse/transport aide at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, retiring in 1990. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She loved softball, basketball, baseball, and football, being a big fan of OU. She like fishing, traveling and organizing family reunions. She was a member of the Lake Creek Church of Christ, the Thomas Street Church of Christ and the Granite Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one sister Hazel Mae Sells, and two brothers, Lloyd Edmond Sells and Henry Monroe Sells, and one brother-in-law Raymond Arterberry. She is survived by two sons, Monty Kim Sadler and wife Mary of St. Louis, Mo. and Ronnie Sadler and wife Denise of Altus, three daughters, Vickie Sadler of Altus, Tammie Villeda and husband Rutilio of Vernon, Texas, and Sandy Lockett of Altus, three sisters and two brothers, Joyce Arterberry of Royce City, Texas, Diane Corcoran of New Hampshire, Lois Dilbeck of Oklahoma City, LeRoy and Rosie Sells of Oklahoma City, and J.T. Sells and wife Heidi Sells of Anderson, California. 13 grandchildren, Jermey Sadler, Jonathan and Alex Sadler, Kanyon Sadler, Michael Sadler, Jamie Fixico, Steven Fixico and Kasey Sadler all of Altus. Danny and Montie Villeda, and Timothy and Krystal Romero all of Vernon, Texas, Amber and Tracy Smith of Lawton, Ok, Heather and Terry Garcia of Irving, Texas, Chelsea Sadler of Saint Louis, Mo, and Ryan Sadler of Tipton, Ok, Kaden, Preslie, and Kasey Jr. Sadler, all of Altus. Funeral services were held today at the People's Funeral Chapel in Lone Wolf with Roger Todd officiating.
