Margarette Lucille Selby
Margarette Lucille Selby, 61, of Amarillo, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 1998.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in San Jacinto Assembly of God with the Rev. Melvin Suttle, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2820 Virginia Circle.
Mrs. Selby was born in Willow, Okla. and had lived in Amarillo since 1949. She retired as budget analyst from the Department of Energy at Pantex. She was a member of San Jacinto Assembly of God where she taught Sunday School, the Federally Employed Women's Association, and the Gospel Bears.
She married Bud Selby in 1953 at Amarillo.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Deborah Elaine Selby of Amarillo; a son, Jerry Selby of Amarillo; a sister, Anita Moore of Amarillo; and four grandchildren.
The family will be at 3609 Sunlite. They request memorials be to the building fund at San Jacinto Assembly of God Church, 400 N. Georgia, Amarillo, Texas, 79106-7613.
