Wilson, 68, was a diabetic. Despite physical disabilities, her family described her as a spunky, loveable little lady. She was born in Granite, Okla. She came to Sonoma County from Delta, Colo., 60 years ago. She worked as a housekeeper at a number of homes for about 20 years, according to her sister, Christine Coon of Santa Rosa. Having no family of her own, she was close to her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. "The church was like her second family, a wonderful family, along with her school friends, Ernie Frandsen and his wife, Marilyn," said her sister. Wilson enjoyed doing liquid embroidery. She made tablecloths and pillow cases for family members. Besides her sister, she is survived by her brother, Ted Wilson of Healdsburg; and her other sisters, Lillie Farman of Payette, Idaho, Vollie Vanderpool of Henderson, Nev., and Dollie Ingram of Clearlake. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Trinity Baptist Church in Healdsburg. Burial will be at Olive Hill Cemetery in Geyserville. Memorial donations are preferred to the church, 515 Powell Ave., Healdsburg 95448. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Greer County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/greer/greer.htm
