 Daniel YOUNGBLOOD 
  
Daniel Robert Youngblood died Saturday monring in the Mangum hospital. 
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today (Monday) in the Reed Baptist 
Church with Rev. Tom Bolton officiating. Interment was in the Reed 
Cemetery under direction of Greer Funeral Home.

He was born March 10, 1896 in Winsboro, Texas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. 
Franklin B. Youngblood, and came with them to the Reed Community on 
Christmas eve of 1923 where he met and married Miss Ona Bel Perrin on 
December 21, 1924. They have made their home in the Reed area since. 
He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Reed Baptist Church, 
serving many years as a deacon.

Surviving him are his wife and five children: Odis Youngblood, 
Mrs. Marie Williams, Mrs. Betty Lane and Jack Youngblood of Amarillo, 
Texas: Bob Youngblood, South San Francisco, California and 10 Grandchildren
