Scott and wife, Julia A. Scott, have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to M.J.Haskins for and during her natural life, and at her death in her daughter, Nora B. Gambill, for and during her natural life, and at her death in her children living, the heirs of any child of hers that may die before Nora B. Gambill dies to have the share of such deceased parent, all the right, title interest and claim,including homestead and dower,which we have in and to the following described tract or parcel of land, living and being situated in the county of Greer, Territory of Oklahoma, and being the south half of the nothe east quarter of section 35, township 3, north of range 26, wst, and containing eighty (80) acres, more or less. To have and to hold the name to the said M.J. Haskins for and during her natural life and at her death to her daughter, Nora B. Gambill, for and during her natural life, and at her death in her children then living, the heirs of any child of hers that may die before Nora B. Gambill dies to have the share of such deceased parent, their heirs and assigns forever. We covenant that we are lawfully seized and possessed of said property, have a good right, to convey the same and the same is unincumbered. We further covenant and bind ourselves, our heirs, representatives, to forever warrant and defend our title to said property to the said M.J.Haskins and Nora B. Gambill and children, their heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. Witness our hands this 23rd day of April 1907. John W. Scott. Julia A. Scott.
