Caleb Trent Waugh died Aug. 3, 2001 at Commanche County Memorial Hospital in 
Lawton. Graveside services will be held Aug. 6 at 10 a.m. at the Tipton Cemetery 
with Tom Bailey officiating. 

Services are under the direction of Kincannon Funeral Home. 

He was born Aug. 3, 2001 at Commanche County Memorial Hospital to Joe and Lori 
(Coke) Waugh, Tipton. 

He is survived by his parents, a sister Lauren; two brothers, Jacob and Zachary 
Waugh; grandparents Larry and Donna Coke, Altus; Charles and Sharon Waugh, 
Tipton; great grandparents Troy and Ima Coke, Eldorado; Gene Francis, Hollis; 
and Amy (Trent) Lomax, Altus. 

He is preceeded in death by his great grandmother Sibyl Francis and his great 
grandfather Albert Trent. Memorial contributions may be made to the Quartz 
Mountain Christian Camp in Lone Wolf.
