Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Central Christian Church with the Rev. Jim West, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home. Mrs. Sims was a homemaker. She married William Arthur Sims on April 27, 1936, in Hollis, Okla. Survivors include four sons, Tom L. Sims and Ronald B. Sims, both of Childress, Arthur Leo Sims of Lubbock and John P. Sims of Anchorage, Alaska; four daughters, Frances Marie Simmon of Childress, Dorothy Sue Mock of Conroe, Martha Elizabeth Lit of Shamrock and Sherry Lynn Gomez of San Antonio; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
