All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::NOT LISTED McKnight, Harlan Harlan McKnight Master Sergeant Harlan McKnight, born March 20, 1911 in Hollis, OK, passed away in Franciscan Hospice, University Place, WA on July 20, 2007. He grew up in Kaufman, TX, where he attended public school. In l932 he enlisted in the US Army Air Corps. He served for 30 years with assignments in India during World War II, at Washinton State University as an ROTC instructor, in Iceland during the Cold War, and at McChord AFB as a First Sergeant. He retired from the US Air Force in 1962 and from the McChord AFB Commissary in 1987. He is survived by his wife of seventy-two years, Pearl, daughters Raydean and Linnell, son Kenney, three grandsons, one grandaughter, two great-granddaughters, and two great-grandsons. Memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Monday July 30, 2007, in the Mountain View Garden Chapel, phone 253-584-0252.
