Okla. Archives. ************************************************************ Mozale Elizabeth (Irene) Coleman, 87, passed away Wednesday at Harmon County Memorial Hospital in Hollis. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Babers Temple with the Rev. Odis Babers officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairmount Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Stewart Funeral Service. She was born Jan. 31, 1914 to Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Cooks in Jacksonville, Texas. She moved to Hollis in 1967 and joined the Babers Church as Mother of the Church. She married Wade Coleman in 1972 in Hollis. She enjoyed going to church and caring for others. Her hobbies were fishing, cooking and church activities. She is survived by one daughter, Mary O'Neal of Hollis; three granddaughters, Irene Carroll of Texas, Darlene Nicholas of Arizona and Marie Byrd of Hollis; 23 grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Wade Coleman in 1978 and one son, Will Smith.
