All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== :: Audie Fulcher Montgomery WELLINGTON - Audie Fulcher Montgomery, 81, died Friday, Aug. 20, 2004. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Kevin Everett, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home. Mrs. Montgomery was born Oct. 30, 1922, to R.F. and Georgianna Cristy Fulcher in Wellington. She married G.A. Montgomery on Oct. 9, 1943, in Hollis, Okla. Audie was a homemaker, but she also worked for Lancaster Laundry for about 10 years and the My-T-Burger in Wellington. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1992; a grandson, Michael Montgomery; and a brother, Curtis Fulcher. Survivors include four sons, Lester Montgomery of Venetia, Calif., Chester Montgomery of Reno, Nev., John Montgomery of Coleman and Joe Montgomery of Wheeler; a daughter, Rose England of Groom; a brother, Albert Fulcher of Wellington; two sisters, Louise Sweat of Colorado City and Peggy Galyean of Pueblo, Colo.; 15 grandchildren, Becky England Britten, Phillip, Johnny, Woody, Dena, D'Les, Brad, Julie, Steve, Ladd, LaTauna, Angel, Leslie, Michael and Rachael; numerous great-grandchildren; and some great-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to the Wellington Cemetery Association.
