Okla. Archives. ************************************************************ Rual Roberts, 74, died Tuesday in Waurika following a lengthy illness. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fairmount Cemetery with Jeff Foster officiating. He was born Feb. 2, 1928 to Wylie Paschal Roberts and Mary Myrtle Larison Roberts. He served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. He was a taxi cab driver in Vernon, Texas. He retired and moved b to Hollis and before moving to Waurika in 1991. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by two sisters, Irene Fish of San Diego, Calif. and Mary Pilgreen of Dallas; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Roberts.
