Wynnona Louise Sanderson Winters, 53, died Thursday in Amarillo, Texas at the 
Crown of Texas Hospice after a long battle with cancer. 

Services were held Tuesday at the Dodson, Texas Church of the Nazarene. 

Brother Al Mixon and Darrell Burton officiated. 

Interment will follow at the Dodson Cemetery under the direction of Patterson 
Greer Funeral Home of Hollis. 

She was born in Shreveport. La. on Sept. 3, 1948 to Tom and Geneva Sanderson. 

She lived in Seattle Wash. for 20 and was employed by Boeing. 

She was transferred to Houston, Texas, and worked for NASA before becoming ill. 

She is survived by her parents Tom and Geneva Sanderson of Dodson; two sisters, 
LaVella Luecking and husband Bruce of Poteau, Katie Allen of Tulsa; four 
brothers, Randy Sanderson and wife Syble, Gawain and wife Shirley, all of 
Hollis, Walter of Dodson, Joe and wife Christine of Altus; and several nieces 
and nephews.
