Gilpen Sr., Johnnie L.

Johnnie L., Sr., 55, of Union City, died March 31, 2003, OKC. Services 
will be 3 p.m., Friday, April 4, at the Union City High School Gym. 
Burial will be in the Union City Cemetery. Mr. Gilpen was born Oct. 9, 
1947, at Lequire, OK. He was employed with Western Electric, AT&T, and 
Lucent, retiring as a supervisor after 29 years of service. Survived 
by his wife, Liz; son, Johnnie Gilpen of Norman; daughters, Sabrina 
Gilpen of Mustang and Bonnie Davis of Frederick; brothers, Jack of 
Wilburton, Tom of OKC, and Bill of Hollister; sisters, Fern McClary of 
Mustang, Sue Fisher of Spiro and Katherin Stoddard of Shawnee; 2 
grandchildren, Riley and Seth Davis. Memorials may be made to the 
Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 3613 N.W. 56th, OKC 73112. Huber-Benson 
Funeral Home El Reno, OK
