Ned J. Triplett

DUMAS - Ned J. Triplett, 80, died Saturday, Oct. 2, 1999.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Morrison Funeral Directors 
Memorial Chapel with Mr. Milton Pax of Calvary Baptist Church 
officiating.

Mr. Triplett was born in Collinsville, Okla., and had lived in Dumas 
since 1945. He worked for American Zinc for 25 years and was a 
prisoner of war while serving with the Army during World War II.

He married Alice Hearron in 1942 at Stigler, Okla. She died in 1997.

Survivors include three daughters, Nedra Ockerman of Plainview, Sue 
Pullin of Deer Park and Carla Nichols of Chino, Calif.; a son, Derrel 
Triplett of Seattle; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family will be at 817 N.E. 2nd.
