All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Castro Memorial Gardens--Dimmitt TX Dixie Bradley DIMMITT - Dixie Bradley, 97, died Monday, Nov. 24, 1997. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fourth and Bedford Street Church of Christ with Dean Wiseman, minister, officiating. Burial will be in by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home. Mrs. Bradley was born in Indian Territory. She graduated from Oluste High School in Olustee Okla. She lived in Tucumcari, N.M., before moving to Dimmitt in 1985. She owned and operated the Tucumcari Motel in Tucumcari from 1954 to 1973. She married G.A. Bradley in 1919 at Quanah. He died in 1973. She also was preceded in death by a son, Weldon Bradley, in 1993. Mrs. Bradley was a member of the Tucumcari Senior Citizens in Tucumcari and Fourth and Bedford Street Church of Christ in Dimmitt. Survivors include three sons, Dent Bradley of Dimmitt, and Harold Bradley and Keith Bradley, both of West Fork, Ark.; two daughters, Anna D. Gibbs of Dimmitt and Emma Lou Hastings of Fruita, Colo.; a sister, Pauline Alldredge of Bullard; 18 grandchildren; 47 great- grandchildren; and 36 great-great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.
