All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::City Cemetery--Altus OK Lawton Constitution 30 Jan 2003 Loretta Elizabeth Chandler ALTUS - Funeral for Loretta Elizabeth Chandler, 58, Altus, will be at 11 a.m. today at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with DeWayne Jones officiating. Mrs. Chandler died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at an Oklahoma City hospital. Burial will be at Altus City Cemetery. She was born Oct. 7, 1944, in Altus to William and Nora Bell Smith Fields. She lived in Altus all her life, and worked as a nurses' aide and home provider for many years. She was a member of Deliverance Temple in Altus. Survivors include four sons and two daughters-in-law: Alvin Chandler, Dallas; Joel Fields, Jacksonville, Fla.; Wesley and Katherine Chandler, Boley; and James and Nicole Chandler, Lawton; two daughters and a son-in-law: Antoinette Lawrence and Rachel and Jeff Lindsey, all of Altus; a sister, Flora Mae Fields; five brothers: Nathaniel Jenkins, Willie Fields, Jodie Fields, David Lee and Ronnie Fields; 20 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a longtime special friend, Charles Hill, Altus; and many other relatives and friends including Maltie Fields, Joyce Fulbright and Warrenlene Morgan.
