Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens Mausoleum by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell St. Mr. Dawson was born to Noah Clark Dawson and Delila Kelly on March 14, 1905, in Kansas. He graduated from Bishop High School in Eldorado, Okla. He retired in 1970 from West Texas State University maintenance department. Henry married Eula Mae Griffin on Feb. 22, 1928, in Memphis. He was a member of the Baptist church. He was preceded in death by his wife on Oct. 1, 1989. Survivors include two sons, H.C. Bryan Dawson and wife, Norma, of Amarillo and Lynndell Frank Dawson and wife, Peggy, of San Antonio; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Make-A-Wish Foundation; Crown of Texas Hospice; or a favorite charity.
