Lilly Guthrie Edmondson

ALTUS, Okla. - Lilly Guthrie Edmondson, 99, died Thursday, March 20, 
1997.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in First Methodist Church at 
Tipton with the Rev. Joe Molencupp officiating. Burial will be at 3 
p.m. in East Mound Cemetery at Matador, Texas, by Carter Stewart 
Funeral Service of Hollis.

Mrs. Edmondson was born in Waller County, Texas. She married Albert S. 
Edmondson in 1924 at Guerra, Texas. He died in 1946.

She was a theater operator in Tipton until 1964. She was a member of 
the Methodist church at Tipton from 1938 until 1994, when she moved 
to Altus.

Survivors include a sister, Lloyd Dirickson of Matador.
