Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Cornerstone Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Nachtigall, pastor, and the Rev. J.C. Burt, associate pastor, officiating. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens West Mausoleum by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Fergerson was born July 19, 1934, in Duke, Okla., and had been a resident of Pampa since 1953, moving from Hollis, Okla. She married James Nipp in 1953. She later married Dillon Fergerson on May 11, 1967, in Pampa. She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday school for the past 45 years. She was a former Meals on Wheels employee and later became a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Nipp, in 1962. Survivors include her husband, Dillon; three sons, Darrell Nipp and wife, LeeAnn, and David Nipp and wife, Emily, all of Amarillo, and Greg Fergerson and wife, Angie, of Lubbock; three sisters, Rose Atchley of Amarillo, Helen Blevins of Gould, Okla., and Betty Ketchum of Eagle Nest, N.M.; nine grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
