All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Memorial Park Cemetery--Quanah TX Amarillo Globe News 14 Dec 1998 Clyde Hoyte Hale Jr. QUANAH - Clyde Hoyte Hale Jr. 80, died Saturday, Dec. 12, 1998, at Wichita Falls. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Clinton Young officiating. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park by Price-Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Hale was born in Agatite and had lived in Quanah most of his life. He graduated from Quanah High School. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of the First Baptist Church. He worked for Georgia Pacific for 46 years, retiring in 1986. He married Frances Rada Lee in 1939 at Altus, Okla. Survivors include his wife; a son, Roger Hale of Fort Worth; a daughter, Susan Lumpkin of Quanah; three brothers, Glynn Hale of Huntington Park, Calif., and Kenneth Hale and Jackie Hale, both of Blythe, Calif.; two sisters, Betty Jo Bates of Blythe and Lois Stewart of Kingman, Ariz.; and four grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to the First Baptist Church.
