Hastings Mittie B. Hastings HEREFORD - Mittie B. Hastings, 91, died Thursday, June 27, 2002. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in West Park Cemetery with John T. Bethard, minister of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Gililland-Watson Funeral Home. Mrs. Hastings was born May 5, 1911, in Humphrey, Okla. She married W.R. "Ralph" Hastings on Feb. 19, 1939, in Oklahoma City. Survivors include a son, Wayne Hastings of Chula Vista, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. J.R. Sterling of Texarkana; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to First Presbyterian Church. Amarillo Globe-News, June 29, 2002
