No services are scheduled. The body was donated to Texas Tech Health Science Center Medical School in Lubbock. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Preacher had been a resident of Odessa from 1953 to 1997 when she moved to Pampa. She was active in VFW in Odessa. Survivors include two brothers, Billy Ray Mulligan of Pampa and H.D. Mulligan of Altus, Okla.; and a sister, Oleta Beck of Mountain View, Okla. Amarillo Globe-News, Jan. 25, 2002
