STORY, four years as superintendent of the Irving Consolidated P. S. CLAUD DUNN, 4-H club boy of Irving, took first prize in the State Dairy Show at Duncan with his General Ultra Ann Gernsey Heifer. PAUL JOHNSON of the same club took sixth premium with his Masterman Fox Beauty Jersey heifer at the same show. Bridge Party Given at Quinn Home Friday A colorful affair was the bridge party given last Friday by Mr. and Mrs. J. P. DELLINGER and Mr. and Mrs. P. QUINN in the Quinn home. A harmonious scheme of rainbow colors was used in house decorations and the two course menu. High score honors for ladies and men were presented to Mr. and Mrs. S. F. SMALLEY. Guest prizes were presented to Mr. and Mrs. CLAUD WEAVER, JUDGE and MRS. W. L. EAGLETON of Oklahoma City, MRS. BRICK MOORE of Dallas and MISS ONICE LEMON of Wilson. The couple will make their home in Wirt. ORAN RICHARDSON Is Student with Omnibus College Windfield, Kansas, May 26--ORAN RICHARDSON, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. S. RICHARDSON, Route 8, Ringling, who has been attending the Southwestern College at Windfield, will leave Thursday morning for a seven weeks educational tour of 25 southern and eastern states and two provinces of Canada with Omnibus College of Southwestern College directed by DR. WILLIAM M. GOLDSMITH, coordinator of the tours. The entire educational plan is directed toward courses in Field and Museum Biology. Old Times Here Make Long Trip PETE PEMBERTON, foreman of the WESTHEIMER and DAUBE Ranch near Bledsoe, Texas, came to Ringling a week ago to get his mother, MRS. ANN PEMBERTON and MRS. J. T. GOODE and take them home with him for a visit. Mrs. Pemberton and Mrs. Goode left Ringling expecting to drive direct to the ranch home, but instead, Pete took them on a tour that extended parts of Texas and New Mexico. They were on the road about 8 days and covered 1300 miles, Mrs. Goode said. These two elderly ladies have lived in this immediate territory for about 50 years, coming to Indian Territory in 1880, without being out of the state other than to visit across the river in Texas. BASIL DULANEY and J. I. TAYLOR are spending the week in Ardmore. County Attorney EARL D. PRUET was attending to business in Ringling Tuesday. Representative J. T. DANIEL was doing some campaign hand-shaking in Ringling Monday. RMS. J. D. BURLESON and daughter, HELEN RUTH, returned to Dallas Sunday after visiting Mr. and Mrs. A. MCCRORY and family. PAUL ALLEN, WAYNE GILLEY, R. L. MCCRORY and HERMAN SUTHERLAND attended the opening day at Whittington Park in Ardmore. MISS MARGARET PRYOR left Sunday for Durant where she will attend the summer classes at Southeastern college. Mr. and Mrs. EARL C. MORRIS and children of Waurika were the weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. C. CLOUGH here. Mr. and Mrs. I. B. CLIFTON of Waurika spent Sunday in Ringling with their daughter, MRS. DAVE K. SPRADLING. Mr. and Mrs. A. L. MEANS and children of Wilson were in Ringling as guests of Mr. and Mrs. DAVE K. SPRADLING. Hair Cuts at W. M. COLSON at the STEWART Barber Shop. Mr. and Mrs. HARMON EBY of Ada spent the weekend in Ringling. They returned Tuesday, accompanied by MISS OUIDA JACKSON who entered the summer term of the state normal school there. PAUL ALLEN and DAVE SPRADLING were attending to business in Healdton Monday. MRS. IDA DICKS of Spiro spent the weekend in Ringling with her sister, MRS. ELLA ALLEN and family. Mr. and Mrs. A. MCCRORY, Mrs. F. S. GILLEY and LOREE DENNIS were in Sulphur Sunday afternoon. MORRIS DULANEY and LON BAIRD made a business trip to Oklahoma City. Mrs. FRED GOODMAN sr. of Shawnee spent the weekend in Ringling with her sons, F. C and E. C. GOODMAN. Mrs. E. C.
