GARDNER and little girl enjoyed a pleasant outing with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. GARDNER in the Forest Hill community. MRS. L. M. KING visited her uncles, PERRY and MELDON KING in Ardmore. Mr. and Mrs. ELDON SINGLETOP enjoyed visiting their friends and relatives near Courtney. LIGE BENNETT returned to his Ringling friends on June 30 after visiting relatives near Antlers. Mr. and Mrs. JOHN HARVELL wit family were guest of Gainesville relatives Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. H. J. HOWARD were called to Durant on June 20 by the death of their 80 year old grandfather, J. L. HERRIN. Mrs. Howard and baby are now visiting with AUNT MRS. CROWSON at Milburn. W. R. HARRIS transacted business in Oklahoma City. MRS. JESSE SUMPTER of Pawhuska returned home after visiting the family of her brother, ELDON SINGLETON here. M.A GILCREASE, S. HARWELL, G. W. WALLACE and D. F. SPRADLING made a short call in Healdton with GEORGE SIMONS who is suffering with cancer on his neck. M.A GILCREASE made a business trip to Madill. P. H. MOORE and family of the Reck community spent Sunday with F. C PERRY. Mr. and Mrs. BILL WALLING of Seminole and MRS. ROY WALLING of Downing, California attended the funeral of their grandmother, MRS. DORSETT Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. PHILLIPS and daughter, CLARA BELL, made a business trip to Oklahoma City. MRS. WADE HARVELL has been visiting a few days with her sister, MISS GROSSIE DORSETT in Waurika. Mr. and Mrs. LOWELL WISE and children of Long Beach, California arrived Tuesday for the summer. Mr. Wise will have employment in Oklahoma City. Mr. and Mrs. I. B. and MISS GWYNDOLIN REED and JESSE VAN BIBBER of Waurika visited MRS. DAVE K.
