Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, May 28, at Woodland West Church of Christ, 3101 W. Park Row, Arlington. Burial: Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving. Visitation: 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Alternative Funeral Services, 1222 S. Bowen Rd., Arlington. Lucille was born March 19, 1917, in Ryan, Okla. She was retired from the city of Dallas Water Utilities after 23 years of dedicated service. She enjoyed playing piano and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors: Son, George C. Cooper of Wylie; daughter, Rhavda Sue Cooper Emison and husband, Rupert, of Pantego; grandson, Richard Emison; granddaughters, Christina and Tara Cooper; sisters, Mildred Sampson and Lulu Cardwell; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
