All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== :Waurika Cemetery--Waurika OK Duncan Banner 02 Sep 2002 Lillie Mae Fulton WAURIKA — Lillie Mae Fulton, 90, of Waurika died Sunday, Sept. 1, in the Jefferson County Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Waurika with Tommy Billings officiating. Burial will be in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home. Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mrs. Fulton was born Feb. 20, 1912, in Granbury, Texas, to William Thomas and Mary Emma Strange. She married Moody Percy Fulton Jan. 7, 1937. He preceded her in death Sept. 18, 1989. The couple made their home in the Claypool community until they moved to Waurika in 1983. She was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church and also belonged to the Claypool ladies club and the Pink Ladies. Survivors include her son-in-law, Garry Lyons of Claypool; five granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Garry Fulton, on Feb. 26, 1982; a daughter, Jacqueline Sue Lyons, on March 11, 2001; five brothers; and one sister. Pallbearers will be W.G. Strange, T.J.
